P. T.

We had our periodic test this week. I was from a review for a Math Contest and I wasn’t able to attend the classes last week. Because of that, I may not take the test in some of the subjects. But since I had time to review, I just took all so I’ll not think of it anymore.

Last week, I had been thinking about the P.T. I tried to always to be updated with the lessons. I asked Bobby to have notes for the things they are doing. Every time I had vacant time, I asked someone to teach me the lessons I missed that’s why I am very thankful to them for being very supportive and cooperative. I decided to take the test whatever happens since I am updating myself to our new lessons.

When this week came, I almost change my mind. I thought that I may do better in the test if I’ll have more time to review. But I also thought that if it may also be the same. One more thing, I already told myself that I will take the test and once I said something, I should do it. We had the GSP camp after the test. This week was really busy. I just hope that the results of my tests will be all right. I am just hoping for a passing grade.

Sick

I hate this week. I had many things to do since I was excused last week because of the camp. Even if I was still excused this week for Math review, I need to be updated. That’s why I was thankful to Bobby because he was taking notes for me about the things they did when I was not around. I was also asking him about the assignments and projects.

Another thing I hate was I got sick. I have colds and cough. Then, I had a fever last Tuesday. I was asked to go home and to rest. I was not able to go to school the next day since I was a little bit not feeling and I still need to rest. At night, I had a fever again. My temperature reached up to thirty nine degrees Celsius or more. On the next day, I still had a fever so we went to Manas Medical Clinic. I had a check up. We waited for almost two hours because there was no doctor yet when we arrived. The doctor gave me another medicine and asked me to continue the other medicine I was taking for my cough.

Until now, I have cough and colds. I just hope that I will be well soon.

Camp

After a year, there was a Regional Environmental Science Camp again. It was earlier this year than last year. It was held in Pedro Guevara Memorial National High School on October 15 to 17.

I participated in the camp. On the first day, we came in the camp site in the afternoon. We fixed our things in our rooms. Then after some time, we had a parade with the other participants. There was a program after that. It started with the presentation of the cheers and yells of the different provinces. We watched the Search for Ginoo at Binibining Kalikasan. The program ended after that contest.

The next day, I was very busy. We were grouped with the other divisions. I was with Nica and Patricia, my schoolmates, the whole day. We were in Old Rose – Envirose Nature Warriors team. I met new friends from Batangas, Rizal and other provinces. I also had teammates from Cavite. We enjoyed each others company. We had fun in the natures trail. We also had other games like banana eating. I was working with them the whole day so I got tired and I slept early that night.

On the last day, our stay was only until after lunch. I took a bath early then fixed my things. We still need to be with our teammates that morning. We practiced our jingle for our presentation. We should have warm up early in the morning but the person who will lead the exercise did not arrive. At 7, we had our breakfast without knowing that the others were having their exercise. We just practiced our jingle after eating. There was an awarding after the presentations of the different teams. We were thankful to receive some awards and recognitions.

I enjoyed in the camp and I hope that I can still join next year.

Reunion

When I graduated in elementary, I always miss my former classmates. I am always looking for time to be with them. Because of that, we had planned four reunions in just three years after our graduation. Sad to say, we never had a complete attendance. But as time passes by, our reunions are getting better.

I was our president in our class. And for me, I should be the person responsible in planning our reunions. But since I was busy, it was our vice president who planned the past reunions. I just told them that I will plan next time and I will just be the assistant of our vice president for awhile. I was able to attend all the reunions they planned except the first one since I was in the camp that time in Laguna. I just knew about it the day before the camp.

Our last reunion was the most successful so far. Many attended this time unlike before. We were all from Tanza so it was not difficult to contact each other. We stayed in our house. At first, we met in our school, Tanza Elementary School. Then, they went to the house of others to fetch them since they were just near. At lunch, we bought our foods. They were from Jollibee, Chowking and McDonalds since we can’t decide where to eat. We went back to our house and watched television and movies while chatting. It was fun. I hope that will have a better reunion next time.
