Covenant

I don’t know when I did receive a message from Emer about the covenant. I can’t remember anymore. They said it was like a welcome party for the new YFCs. I went to our meeting place in Naic with my brother. Since he is also a YFC in their campus, there’s nothing wrong if he will come. It was held in Tamio’s Resort, Trece. There were also talks like in the youth camp. We had four talks then after that, they gave us our I.D. and we played a game. They went swimming after we finished all the activities prepared by the YFC.

Christmas Party

We had our Christmas Party on Wednesday of this week. It was only half day. Our parents had a meeting first in the morning. It was about the tree planting activity we should conduct. All the juniors, with our parents and teachers, planted at the back of the Chemistry and Physics Laboratory, and the former Scouting Room.

At lunch, our party started. Of course, we ate first. The gifts were gathered on a table in front of the place where we held the party. There were games. I thought it will not be fun but I was wrong because I enjoyed when I participated in the longest line. This day, we should say goodbye to our classmates but we didn’t because there was classes on the next day.

So Busy

Before the Christmas vacation, we have many things to do. We were given projects, reports and other school works. There are many things to pass. All of us were so busy as if it was almost the last week of the school year. If you will go in our room and observe, everyone is busy doing something during recess and lunch time.

Term Paper

The deadline for our term papers was on Friday of this week. We finished tallying the data early. We already started doing our term paper last Sunday. But we had a hard time on finishing the paper. It was because of the RRL. Making that part of the term paper took us a long before we finished it. It was really difficult. Good thing that we can still pass next week.

Fiesta

It was Tuesday of this week when Robert, my classmate invited us to his house since it was fiesta in their place. Lara, Jed, Nikko Matuto, John Paul, Ariane and my other classmates accepted his invitation. We went to his house after the classes in the afternoon. I was really fun especially when we went to the carnival after eating. I can’t remember the last time I did that, go to a carnival and try almost all the rides. I went home late that day. Good thing my parents did not get angry.

Baby – Angel

Are you aware with the “monito - monita” or “exchange gifts”? There is a new version for that which is the “baby-angel”. The angel is the one to give gifts or anything to express love to his/her baby. It was fun at first. I received food and letters. Many gifts and letters were given on the first day but after that, it seemed that some of the angels forgot about their babies. Still, I can say that I had fun, on the first day only.

P.T. 3.1

We had our P.T. on the first week of December. Most of the tests were short but difficult. Some of my classmates were exempted in some subjects. There were also subjects where we don’t have tests. I was relieved when our PT. days finished. I just hope that I will pass in the tests.
